Suggestion for Taking Freeze-Dried Acai
Scoop freeze-dried Acai into a dry drink container adding about 2 tablespoons of hot water. It will dissolve immediately as you stir and become smooth.

Tastes so terrible it literally made me vomit.
Product works great. I’ve noticed more energy and it has helped me jump start a new fitness routine. Problem is, it tastes so bad it is impossible to force down.

Definitely go for the capsules……..
Not sure if this has had any major effect on my health, but I am sure that it is not tasty and does not mix well with any liquid.
