Alright so check it out I have been trying to lose weight for ages now, pretty much as long as I can remember. I’m probably in the same boat as a lot of you people are. I do think I have found “miracle” products but I have a theory that many diet plans will work. This one works for sure just b/c I know and I tried it but I actually DID IT PROPERLY. In my humble opinion that is the biggest reason people fail at diets that work for other people - they skip days, eat 10 lbs of icecream with their diet pills, etc.
